About Dr. W. Bryan Callaghan

Dr. W. Bryan Callaghan is a fully qualified certified plastic surgeon in Ottawa, Eastern Ontario. He is certified as a plastic surgeon by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and has practiced as a specialist for more than 30 years. During this time he has established a busy Ottawa cosmetic plastic surgery practice that embodies personalized care, as well as treatment of the highest professional standards.

Dr. Callaghan completed medical school earning his MD at Queen’s University in 1972. On completion of his medical training at Queen’s, he received the Medal in Surgery, the Medal in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and the Medal in Medicine, among numerous other graduation awards. His post-graduate surgery training, as well as his plastic surgery specialty training, was completed at McGill University. He qualified as a plastic surgeon in 1979 and remains a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons od Canada (FRCSC) in the specialty of Plastic Surgery.

Dr. Callaghan maintains his specialty focus in Cosmetic Plastic Surgery. For more than 15 years, he has committed the major portion of his Ottawa plastic surgery practice to cosmetic surgery. He is a past president of the Canadian Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and is also a past president of the Canadian Society of Plastic Surgeons.
